Glenside Dairy Co Reading PA

I just dug this one up from Gelnside dairy in Reading PA. Says Registered on bottom of front and sealed half pint liquid on back. It appears to also have UCP 51 very small on the edge of the back bottom- khopp22

Reading Brewing Co. whats the age?
I dug up this bottle from reading brewing co. The logo looks like an arm holding barley or something and has 1886 below it. It says 12oz fluid measure on the back. It also has 382 on the bottom- khopp22
