Druggist Bottle
It's definitely not pontiled or machine made. Either applied or tooled but i'm not sure how to tell with this sort of bottle. Druggist Bottle
The full name of this druggist was REINHOLD VAN DER EMDE. He was actually a pretty famous and influential New Yorker but I can not find any information on the actual bottle. Based on context found I would guess this bottle dates somewhere into the 1870s.- Shaqair

Mustard Type Bottle ID?

Blob Top ID HELP
On the base of this blob top is the letters "ED" which 99% means that it is from the Eastern District of Brooklyn. Info on Thorndale Farms Dairy from NYC
Pretty sure it's a tooled top as the seem fades as it approaches the top of the bottle. The maker's mark is on the base, I believe it reads, "F.B. Co"- Shaqair
