Blob Top ID HELP

On the base of this blob top is the letters "ED" which 99% means that it is from the Eastern District of Brooklyn. Although this section of Brooklyn was known for its various and vast breweries this does not necessarily look like a beer bottle. The only other embossing is the arrow which can be seen in the last picture. I have also found this exact bottle without the arrow but with the base "ED" embossing.
