Thank you so much for the reply. A friend who was cleaning out some areas and ran across it and knew I liked old bottles and gave it to me. He said his grandfather was a doctor and the bottle was in his office for many years. Thanks again. I appreciate the info.

Thank you for your reply. On one side is VEGETABLE and on the other side is PAIN KILLER. Embossed on the front in the recessed square area is DAVIS.
