Green bottle???

My son dug up a bottle green says "old fashion" on the top and "the kind that mother used to make" across the bottom if you turn the bottle upside down there is alot of writting 3 an then a circle with a diamond in it then a 5 next line a 2 next 7 fl ozs then on the last line g6856 ...

marks on bottles??

Found an old Coca-cola bottle, we found out it is called a hobbleskirt bottle.We found the patent # but where can I find information about the symbols on the front of the bottle?? Looked on ebay most like I have are going for $30 but haven't find any for NY which is where my is from. Thanks for...

starting out

My children and I just starting collecting and digging. What books does everyone recommend for beginners? I feel bad always posting questions.

Just starting to dig!

Live in a old farm house in the country PA Lots of old dumps on the property. Only have 3 bottles right now but I'm just starting 1 big brown clorox jug, canada dry bottle mine is white glass all that I found on this site are green. And a bottle with spider webs and a spider that my husband...

I'm new to this site. It seems really interesting. My husband found this bottle in the woods at least 16 years ago. I kept it because it is different. Was w ondering if anyone can tell me anything about it. front says NON_REFILLABLE Has wheat or some plant on it spider webs and a big spider...
