Warren, We drifted off topic a little [;)] but that happens on this forum sometimes. If you ever make it to the Waco area just pm me, I'll take you fishing and we might find some bottles while we're at it! The history of the pony express in Texas is my next search.

Thanks Sam... Looks like you are having fun! You should be getting your KOB today. I'm going to continue my search this weekend. Hope you and Brad find the mother load. I was reading the thread about arrowheads etc. I have found several large ones while fishing the Brazos.

I've searched everywhere, asked everyone I know to ask. Sent pm to capsoda. Searched Temple history sites, court records, county records and archives.....nothing. Looks like there are no records of this company or person, online or in court records. Eventually something has to come...

RE: Big 4 Waco celerycola, Thanks for the information, sounds like these big 4 bottles were not around for long. Shame the top is missing, but there may be more where that one came from. The book you reference is it available at book stores? Amazon.com? I appreciate your taking time to reply.

Thanks for the reply surfaceone, actually these came from a ranch I'm building a house on near Meridian. Probably would not bothered to look around were it not for this forum....so I'm blaming this forum....now I'm looking everywhere! Found old houses,(actually their old stone foundations...
