registered 1879 & 1889 for the hefty price of $1.15 then. Wondering if...
i usually dont pick up common amber medicine bottles, but when i saw the whittled look and the neck line of this bottle, i had to pick it up for closer inspection. Its a golden-amber, 7 1/4 in. tall with KY. G. W. Co. on the bottom. Anyone with info would be greatly appreciated.
I have a cobalt poison bottle that is triangular and stands 3 in tall. It has a mold seam all the way to the lip. on the bottom, it has U. D. Co. and what looks like a symbol for Hazel Atlas Glass Co, and the number 7. It also on one side has lattice & diamond pattern and the word poison...
Received as a gift from an elderly lady who told me her mother had used it...It says Zoa-Phora woman's friend...on front...Kalamazoo, Mi on side. It is about 7 1/2 inches tall, aqua, and prob made around 1900. Cannot find out anything in books. Any info would be greatly appreciated...thank...
Found a few good bottles where I live (harvard rye whiskey, dr. kilmers swamp root cure, dr. s.b.h. and co., hutchinson pop bottles, and other items like pipes, clay marbles, and doll faces & hands...Was wondering if anyone else digs in their local rivers..Interested in privy digging...thanks[:)]
