do you know anything about "cannon balls"? I dug an item this past weekend that the first and only thing that I think it is, is a cannon ball. I'll post a pic on this thread later tonight if you don't mind.

I'll be in the area the week before Thanksgiving for a family vacation. My son (17yrs old) and I would love to tag along for a dig. We're fairly experienced diggers and would love the chance to dig in the Big Easy!
