Sugar or Candy Counter Jar

Anyone care to guess the original purpose of this jar? I saw a similar jar today and they called it a sugar jar.

Ribbed Ball Jar Opinion Needed

I picked up this Ball jar and the script matches the 1910-1923 examples except mine does not have a tailed or dropped "a". It's also ribbed which I understand they started in in 1933-34. If anyone out there can properly date this jar it would be appreciated.

Reproduction or Real - Cobalt Blue Franks Safe and Kidney Cure

Just wondering if this bottle is a reproduction or not.I can usually tell at garage sales if the stuff is new or old but this guy had a mixture of both. Franks Safe and Kidney Cure on front upper Rochester N.Y lower front Instructions on back Rough texture Embossed printing inside bottom...
