Here is another picture of the cuts. It is tough to get a good focused picture. It may be hard to tell, but I can not find one single seem on the bottle at all. Every cut mark is unique and there are no strait seem lines at all that I can find. None of the cuts on the glass line up at all...

This is another bottle/decanter I found at a garage...
Here is another I got from a yard sale. I have no idea about it at all. There is a horizontal seam around the shoulder but I can find no Vertical seams at all. The neck of the bottle looks like there are twist marks in the glass. There are some bubbles in the glass. Any info would be great. Thanks!
Also, there are no chips or cracks at all to the glass, however in the bottom there is what looks like a crack in the base. But you can not feel anything when you touch it, it is completely smooth.
