Thanks for visiting Belize, indeed you were in the heart of colonial Belize, just a 2 minute walk away from the Radisson there are several construction taking place and many variety of bottle coming out of the ground, unfortunately most construction workers don't know the value of these bottles...

I personally havnt found any but yes I have seen Codd bottles here in Belize. Will take some pics of a friend of mine who has a couple and post them.

The small bottle has the following "Bristol's Pills, Vecetales, New York, Pildoras De Pildoras de Brsitol. The larger bottle has " Life's Syrup, Reuter's, New York" The Mid size one has Tricopherous For the skin and hair, New York, Directions in Pamphlet, Barry's"

Sad about the maya ruins getting torn up like that....hopefully the law will take its course...there is alot of infrastructur works going on right now in the city..alot of streets are being dug up...also alot of high building are going up so piles have to be driven and deep excavations for pile...

Lead Plate with writing in Belize

Hi Guys I found this over the weekend..not sure what it is looks like a template or something, it is made of lead and I accidentally dented it while digging..any taugths?
