I was at an Estate sale and stumbled upon these jugs. The price was too good to pass up. I found several examples of the Macy's one going for $50 to $60 on ebay.
The Schwarz one I found only one example on ebay. It is a 1/2 gallon. Mine is a 2 gallon. They are asking $600. Nobody has bid but...

I found this on Saturday. It weighs about 7 or 8 pounds. The only thing I can think of is a finial for a fence post. It was found in an 1890 to 1920 home site.
I collect mostly beer and soda bottles but I have a few insulators. I found these at a shop yesterday. I am sure they are common but for $3 each I think they look good in a window.

How do you tell the year of manufacturing on a milk bottle? I have one that has a 43 on the bottom and an 18 on the heel of the bottle. It is a pint from the Waymart Dairy in PA.
