ginger beer bottle? Sydney NSW 2217

hi there! This bottle was found in sydney, Australia, amongst rocks. I was told it used to be a ginger beer bottle. its about 15 cm high and 9 cm in diameter the stamp doesnt show a date. If you happen to recognise it, would you please tell me if what I know is right, and when it was made...

square-round bottle

hi guys! what a great thing it is to have a site about bottles! here is a very nice one i found while scuba diving in the harbour of Port Vila, Vanuatu. it only had 1cm of the bottom part sticking out of the sand. It is about 25 cm high, and seems to have two moulded parts stuck together...
