    Does ebay dispute resolution work???

I had an issue for some items that I did not receive, after starting a dispute and jumping through the hoops, the seller (who it turns out had done this before under another name) never replied, and I won via default. I was then told that I could get no money back due to the fact that the...

Glass Milk Bottles a canadien specialty market

Crescent Ridge Farm in Canton/Sharon area. They sell it at the local Hannafords, and they do make some great ice cream as well at the farm takeout stand.

A dairy local to me has been bottling in glass ?again? for the last year or so, and it DOES taste better (well, the chocolate milk that is). :)

    A.d Ashleys Red Sea Balsam

Hey alright, some local diggers. I live in Easton, but grew up in NB. I went to Ashley school. I picked up one of those bottles with 90% label at the Attleboro Show back in January, just got it for the name, and it was only $10. I haven't dug out a privy yet, but I've been looking to do so...

    mystery relic

It's part of an umbrella. This is the part closest to the handle when closed, that you slide towards the top to upen the umbrella up. the notch you see on the left of the 1st pic is where the latch clicks in to kepp it open. The segmented end looks like the umbrella/parasol peices I find when...

    Comic book printing plate

I love timed out sessions. ok, long story short, Not much collector's interest in the book = not much interest in the plate. Superman or Spider-man, you are talking some good cash, but my guess would be $25-50. There was a comic book musuem in Northampton created by one of the creators of the...

Those are some nice bottles DF, great finds! I know of a cellar hole that I found while detecting (before I knew anything about bottles. About 20 feet from the back corner, noticed some galss on the ground, and started scraping out with the frineds I was with. Tons of shards, had no idea...

What are these metal things ? PIC !!

They could go all the way back to the Civil War (in the pic you posted, the item below the 1st one is a CW era knapsack hook), but can be as new as the 60's I would think, although newer ones would be aluminum if I can recall correctly.

I think the 5th and 6th are great! Not too far away, but far enough to give people time to make arrangements!

Is that green flask in the pic a SSP? I've got one of those, great bottle!. As far as 20 feet deep dumps go, I've not had to go past 5 feet so far, but I am more than willing to see "how low I can go" [:D] . I'm sure a lot of your throwbacks are keepers for some of us, so there should be a...

Hey Dirtflicker, I would love for a chance to come up and dig for a bit, I'm right outside of Brockton, Mass. I'd love to come if you would have me (and the 1 hour drive as opposed to a 5 hour drive isn't bad either) [:D]

I've pulled 2-3 of the CA Kings out of my local dump, I figured they were just $5 bottles (if that).

    set up a fourm Dig

It might be a good idea to identify a close hotel or two that people could stay at if they are driving a distance and staying a night. That would also help with parking, as you could have people getting together at the hotel(s), and car pooling to the dump.
