    I am not sure how to add links but if you look at this sellers most recent feedback it is netural and says "Douche". item is the famous beer bottle.

    Does ebay dispute resolution work???

    if they don't respond, paypal will take your money back and give it to you. it takes a few weeks though. I did it through them for something paid and not received.
