Welcome to the forum! It looks like a 1980's era electric stove.. haha.. the bottle might be as old as 1900 and could have been a specialty wine or cordial, perhaps olive oil.. probably from Europe. Looks like it needs a bath!

HAHA. It is quite the old stove but works great! There is actually a goldish paint over the bottle so that's why it looks dirty. The bottle itself almost looks like a light green.

Mines older, it has a 3 turner type knobby thing for the clock/timer. I haven't tried that but it cooks well, most of the time. Okay fine, it boils water real fast and sometimes simmers when not expected and cooks or burns the stuff in the oven but it does turn on and off. [:)]I vote olive oil for the bottle.
