The Dr. Kaufmann's bottle is 2 3/4". It has a C on the bottom. The spout bottle (because I didn't know what else to call it), is 5 1/8". Two more bottles from my collection that I cannot find online anywhere. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!! :)

The second bottle, aqua with pour spout, is a small master ink. If you look closely I think you will see some old blue ink stain in it. Many of the pour spout bottles were inks. You used the bigger pour spout bottle to fill a smaller well or desk ink bottle. Could be US could be British holdings or even continental. My $ is on British but that's just a somewhat educated guess.

Love the little pill bottle. Pretty sure Ordway sold quite a few patent medicines pre pure food and drug act. With meds, a good way to date them is to look for a pure food and drug act listing of contents. That act was enacted in 1906. Meds without that disclaimer are pre 1906. I'd put your little pill bottle in the 1880s or 1890s. look up the pure food and drug act on Wikipedia. It's quite a learning experience regarding all these old medicine bottles that we love so much. Before the act, stuff often had very high concentrations of alcohol, opium, Heroin, and other charming stuff. One kids med was damned near pure opium, something like 30%. I think it was the kid's meds in particular that changed everything.

Jim, I love your input!:) I had found other bottles by Dr Kaufmann's online, but not this one. I do have some of those bottles that say, heroin, and other drugs they used to put in medicine! lol Which is crazy to me! lol In your opinion, can you give me what you would price these both at? I had no idea that spout bottle was for ink, I thought it was medicine! See, you guys are teaching me a lot!!! Thank you!!

I love labeled bottles. The font is great on that one.

The spout may actually be a defect, as the men made many bottles by hand each day, and they wouldn't care much if a couple were functional but slightly warped. I'd agree it's likely not American. The British made many crude bottles and used old methods of production well into the 1900s.

Thank you!! Because several of you have said the spout bottle is Britain, I am going to go with that!! I have no idea what to price either one of these? Can you or anyone else give me some guidance or your professional opinion? Not being able to find either of these sold online, I have nothing to gauge what to charge for them!! Thank you!!! :)

As it lacks both the pamphlette and original box, and a portion of its label, I'd say it's a $5-$8 bottle, though a specialist or beginner may pay up to $15 for it.
As for the 'spout' bottle, I'd throw $2 on it and see if it sells. Without embossing or label, it's best use is as a window bottle to catch the sun.

The swirls you note on the base are due to the decomposition of the glass, as some minerals have moved out and others have moved in during its time in the water/ground. Those swirls are actually the frozen remains of it having gone from liquid to solid(ish, as it's never actually a true solid) state. The glass is never solid nor is it ever perfectly mixed, and the lack of perfect mixing is best seen by its natural decomposition.
