What Milk Looks Like After 60 Years

Yes, it is still full of milk: but it's become a powdery block now after about 60 years. The cap is black like mold.

Yikes... I have to wonder how that came to be. Who forgets a bottle of milk somewhere indoors for 60 years? Unless it's actually paint or something else in a reused bottle.

MMMmmmm. White Jello! Is that yellow stuff the fat from the milk? I must say, that is nasty.

It's milk alright. What's left is a powdery block. You just see the residue dried to the glass. I didn't try taking a pic of the block inside.

I found a milk bottle like that in the woods, I think the milk bottle I found was from around the 70's I didn't take it home with me.

I cant believe the bottle didnt explode or something like that.

Bottles usually won't explode. However I've had full cans of soda start leaking after so many years due to a pressure buildup.
