Stoked to have this 1875 exactly beer, this is the first bottle from the prolific Grove Brewery of Ypsilanti who went on to become one of the largest brewing companies in Michigan history. You won’t see another and this type of text on the slug plate is very rare to see on any bottle from Michigan. DSG Co is the manufacturer. Acquired this from a longtime collector who passed. This is one of those bottles that was deep in a collection that hadn’t changed ownership in decades. Couldn’t be happier to own such a magnificent beer!
