They were put out as commemorative in 1961 at the Engineering Dept. 1961 Convention. Highly collectible, very desirable, described as Hutch, ACL. There was no closure on the bottle, somebody must have stuck a cork in it. No pun intended. The bottle books at $200.00-300.00.

If I were you I would email the guy again to make sure there is no damage, scratches or color loss.
