its a Haarlem Oil medicine. Its tough to date them correctly because they were often made with obsolete manufacturing techniques.
It is probably a lot newer than you might guess.

Red, I have always wondered if these bottles were purposely made to look older as a sales gimmick to reflect its ties to the original early medicine.

yes they were apparently most commonly made from 1890 to 1910 or so.
Went I say they arent early I mean they arent typically earlier than the end of the 19th century even though the medicine went back hundreds of years.
