I was going to bid but 40.00 bucks was too high for the shape they were in. nice buy! wbobfm. The ALKALINES are the older ones, but the oldest seven up ALKALINE is on the front. Hard to find. 'Alkaline' on the front's a new one to me. Maybe you could loan me yours so I could check it out! (Worth a try.)
I think the pricing on certain things becomes a little uncertain when the supply is limited, so it winds up being a sort of personal thing.
In this case, I'd personally think of any u7p-embossed bottle with completely readable labeling as a bargain at this price.
On the other hand, I've known of people whom I greatly respect who for the most part just aren't interested unless the bottle is basically mint. Regardless of what it is. What makes them happy is something old which looks beautifully new. And why not? Thanks for encouraging me to post pictures. I really enjoy the heck out of it, and will keep working on getting the system customized properly for posting on the forum.
