Looks fairly modern and probably foreign. And painted, I think. That's a cork-n-seal top, which was popular in the US in the mid 20th century, but remained in use later in other parts of the world, and from the look of the numbers on the bottom it doesn't look American. I'd guess some sort of European liquor.
Well I like bottle mysteries. I only go for hand-mouth blown glass study. I have been into it for 77+ years now. I would like to see clearer pictures, but it looks to new to me at this point. RED Matthews
