1970's, I believe.

Howdy Predator,I found one of these in my 30's to 50's dump. Pretty cheap lookin'. huh? This one says "1/4 dilitro vnc" in the circle on the front.no date though.Maybe we should start a new collectable item? or, maybe some one 50 years from now can sell it.
