any ideas ?

Hello I found an odd bottle recently while excavating a house site in Telluride Colo. it is shaped something like a tree, has three rows of oval indentations going round the bottle. they are not all the same size or straight or evenly spaced. it also has a pattern of something etched around it , there are no markings as to manufacture, the bottom is seamless and the top has seams that go through the lip which is ground flat and is threaded. Any ideas?
