Found this weekend any ideas on date nationality contents thanks in advance

Looks like a modern liquor bottle to me. Not sure exactly what kind of liquor but I could easily see that one sitting on the shelf of a liquor store today. Could be as old as the 1960s or so but probably not much older. A picture of the base might help give some additional information.
