Thanks, Leon. Cool bottle. Looks like a [G] Glenshaw 74. I contacted this seller who has a couple of So-Grape bottles and asked for photos and/or descriptions of the base marks. I will let you know when I hear from them.

I'm asking for some help with this one as I can't find anything on the company. We're updating our website and I wanted to add some history to
each of our sodas... and this one is a tough one. All we have so far is just a line "The O-So Beverage Company originally brewed out of Peoria, IL around 1946."
So I'm hoping someone here has a book or old ad with a little more information.. So many sodas and their histories are getting lost. That's why I wanted to start placing what I can find about each soda we carry their history...
Anyway thanks for any leads.

I just went to archive.org and searched for "o-so grape" (not "soda"), with the quotes. Choose "text contents" when searching not "metadata." Then filter for "English" at the bottom of the sidebar. Lots of things came up, mags, news, ads, company info from the 50s and 60s. If I had the time, I'd dive in myself, but there's quite a bit there. Check it out. The co name was "o-so grape" not with the "soda."
