windows paint...

all you do is open the pic,then go to edit and "select all" and then reduce the size...but reducing the size this way does make a sacrifice of the images quality.....

i actually ment reducing (audio) files not pictures. i already know how to do pictures

audio huh?.....
what are you tryin to do in the audio field? --- conversion of wav to Mp3,or just go check out www.downloads.com and youll find all the audio conversion progs ya need...

well i can say though,wav files are RAW audio file types,Mpeg to Mpeg 4 are your compressed file types...

if you see it or look at DL'.com look for "Goldwave" or "SoundForge 7.0",or Vegas Audio".......[]
