There's an Augusta (GA) Brewing Co. Hutch on ebay right now. I recently saw a Tampa Brewing Hutch listed. I've seen quite a few Hutches embossed beer or brewing. Northern bottlers typically bottled beer and soda and sold both to the saloon market. There were fewer breweries and beer bottlers in the South so most bottlers were "soft" only and many of the brand name drinks were advertised as 'temperance" drinks.

Those are cool Minnesota Mark. And they are pretty rare too. Roger shows only one variant in his book of that Eau Claire bottle (but obviously - you have two). E is correct, Ron from hutchbook knows of three distinct variants. There are other also other 'beer' variants when you add all of those small beers. I had a thread started awhile back but it didn't go too far.
