If a Pie Bird there needs to be a hole to vent the heat. Birds usually have holes on head or beak. Is there a hole on the end of the tail? Could this be a pipe?

I had looked at dozens of Birds on Google and noted they all had vent holes...mostly in the beaks...Figured this bird had a hole in the tail, but see now that is not so.
Must just be a "what-not" bird figure...[&:]

Here's a similar item I dug a couple days ago. It's tail is broke though. This one is solid rather than hollow.

check out this face I pulled out yesterday! as you can see its broken off at the neck also piece of the hat. no sign of the other pieces.
