Bottle with Emblen n a K

This bottle has Federal law probids resale. 0 or D-1 66-53 emblen 6 on bottom. 3 sided with a cork top on it. I have no idea where these came from. Daughter had stuff stored in basement and me and my grandson cleaned it out found 2 bottles and a wooden barrel in them. They were muddy.

RE: Bottle

This is the 2nd one it has Federal Law on bottom LOU (O or D) 2 looks like 8 6 * bottom 2. Pat0180822. It has round decorative spots on it. Its about 1' tall botton is 1 1/2 " across. The cork is in good shape. Any information would be appreciated.
