The KI-1 and KI-2 group is so vast, prices had to be put into ranges by rarity. The rarity of this particular size Bowmans is 2, putting it in the price rage of $75 - $175. Where it falls in this rage is up to the parties involved.
Don't ever state mint. Maybe I'm wrong but it looks the the "B" is chipped a bit. Tiny details will make a difference sometimes and can often enough be missed.
Eric (aka whittled) makes an excellent point about condition. I collect poisons, and I and fellow poison collectors feel that condition is paramount. Mint condition means flawless, as in no damage whatsoever -- no nicks, bruises, cracks, scratches, scuffs, pings, dings, fleabites, chips, or crushed embossing and other surface protrusions, such as hobnails, etc. All such damage makes for points of contention between buyer and seller in settling on a price. Some collectors even extend their expectations about condition to original glass factory production flaws.
