I did send them a "few lines" but maybe I should have included a photo of a label or an ad. I have to admit I was shocked to see humble examples in place of the high end bottles. I found that while trying to find a copy their trade mark design which I'm still working on my new "holy grail" I did find an 1886 ad I hadn't seen before which showed a label bottle and a transcript of when Uncle Sam hauled them in court.

Washington, D.C. is a place I'd love to spend a couple of months visiting.

I did find that site a spell back and have it book marked, really nice magazine ad's. I should contact the owner about the one I just found not listed there. I have a copy on my hard drive of the new logo from the company referenced and I did give it some thought on contacting them. I'm sure they would have the information I'm looking for and I won't know if they would share until I ask. My "little" project I started over a year ago is gaining weight everyday and just about the time I decide it's what I set out to do I find something new. When I find copies of the filed trade mark papers I'll set down and complie what I have into a sensible order and maybe then I'll have completed what I set out to do.
