Isn't that a 1957 or 58 Plymouth ? Always liked the cars with the big fins in that period of time . .

Taking metal from old mines is nothing new. A few decades ago, while searching for bottles and artifacts around a Calaveras County mine, we came upon some really nice ore carts. With the aid of my trusty jeep we were able to pull out six of them. They were removed and sold one at a time, as time allowed. The owner of the property had no idea what was down there in that canyon. 1850s and 60s bottles were laying on top of the ground, but I didn't admit to that. He was very happy with his proceeds from the ore cart sales.

i had a 57 belvedere when i was in high school a big green monster , push button transmission, the gas fill spout on the drivers side behind the fold out reflector- brake light. i got 8 people in the trunk once for a drive-in i pulled up to the box office with a cooler full of beer in the back seat the girl asked how many people were in the trunk i said " oh about 8 or 9 i didn't count" she stated oh yeah sure . and i paid for me and drove in around the corner let them out . that car was a blast .[:D][:D][:D]

one other thing i remembered about that year of plymouths was that elvis had a 57 plymouth savoy in his collection just another model of the same year...weird huh..?
