'Patent Medicine' bottle collector

Can anyone please give any information on this bottle or the Oppenheimer company?
The bottle appears to be black glass and has an applied lip. The base reads 'L & T'. It has 'Cream of Malt Gold Medal Preparations Oppenheimer London' in raised writing on the front panel. I also have a small clear 'Palatinoids' bottle from the same company, which indicates that the company was at one point named 'Oppenheimer, Son & Co. Ltd.'
Any info would be gratefully received.
