6.5 tall. Illinois glass mark. Image of what appears to be Puck from Midsummer‘s Night Dream. Finding nothing online.

Thank you for posting that link RobbyBobby. I knew the image was Psyche but I didn’t know the story behind the use of her image. I learned something today.
