Digging in Texas and near by states

I was wondering if anyone ever comes up on any beer or soda cans in the dumps. I look for old steel Flat top and Cone top cans. I live in North Texas and belong to the BCCA and our Local Chapter. I want to find some digging buddies that are close to my area. I was thinking of taking a trip up to OK, and the TX border. Anyone interested give me an email. I also look for Bottles when I am out.

Hi Brian,

I am from Fort Worth. I'm not sure of any dumps right off hand in Abilene.
I want to try a few places out in Mineral Wells though.
The town has the history, so I feel certain there must be a few.
