Jeff, et al,

I do have a thick pamphlet listing proprietary articles being sold by Wells, Richardson & co published, c1875. If you ever need to reference it, please let me know. It was a complimentary from our friend Duane Chase. Did I ever send to you the pictures of his collection? Sorry but my memory isn't what it once was. If you would like to see his collection I would be happy to send them to you. I hesitate posting them without his permission.

If you haven't been to his farm to see his antiquities, you really should make it a point to do so. WOW!

Thanks again for the help.

Joel

You did send the pictures Joel, thank you. The Bancroft's Liver Syrup is one of the harder to find Bancroft's bottles - others I can think of off the top of my head (I think I may be missing a few) are Bancroft's Bitter , and two sizes of Bancroft's Liniment. Holly and I are fortunate enough to own a Liver Syrup with label and contents. Will try to post a pic at some point...

Did you find this already;
D. W. Bancroft, manufacturer of Bancroft's household remedies, established
by him in 1868, has a laboratory on road 22, just out of the village,
where he manufactures as a specialty his celebrated liniment. He also puts
up lung syrup, liver syrup, Hancock plasters, worm elixir, essences, etc.
