E Schroeder East St. Louis Ale rare?

Just pick this up yesterday and was wondering how rare it is? A good friend gave me an idea how much it’s worth but was wondering if anybody else had any input before I stick it on eBay. Only photo I have at the moment, I will clean it up and post some more soon

Happy to say it has sold and is on its way to a new home. Thanks to anybody who was watching or bidding. I have a few more bottles an my eBay page along with a lot of other cool stuff like hot wheels ect.
