ORIGINAL: AntiqueMeds
since he went to the trouble of embossing this bottles I would think it would have been used for one of his personal proprietary medicines. The generics where probably sold in slicks with label only.
ORIGINAL: baltbottles
Dug this today from a circa 1810-1830 pit in Philadelphia. Clear flint glass flared lip mostly chipped off embossed T.W. DYOTT I saw another example of this bottle years ago but wondering if anyone else has seen one.
