hi everyone a bottle was givin to me by my friend it says edward heffernan (heffernan is my last name) any info on it. i am waiting for us to get a digitall camera

it also says this bottle not to be sold and it has an air vent in the base. i will try to post pics!!!!!

Here's some help, dug this in NH. I believe it was a whiskey/liquor operation, but this one is earlier, and huge. Your "not to be sold" was to discourage reuse of the bottle, probably pre prohibition era.

The Prohibition era thingy was from 1920 to 1933.
