Thanks Jim... No other info available, just that it was a great find. It's listed in our Oahu Bottles book, but pictured is a cracked one. Picked this up with 13 other embossed local milks from Craigslist at a great price. In the same batch there is another bottle I will later post that was said to be also a hard bottle to find. Still an awesome find for me I should say... Mahalo! Nate
