It is a fairly common California bitters bottle. Last one went for about 35 dollars on e-bay

It is a very nice bottle and not all that common. It is listed by Ring - Ham as C-15 and valued at $75 - $125 but with todays economy probably wouldn't bring that. If I were still collecting BITTERS I would go $50 - $60.00 if undamaged

Regardless of what is listed in "Ring/Ham" the California Fig Bitters is not scarce or rare, but might be called "uncommon". The California Fig and Herb Bitters is very common, though. The F & H might bring $40 on a good day an the Fig probably twice that, dependent on color, of course. I have dug many of both as well as the minis.
