Took a bit of a hiatus for the summer, as all the wonderful plant life had the unfortunate habit of making it impossible for finding much with any ease. However, kid’s back in school now, and chilly weather’s knocking out the undergrowth, so time to get back out there! Only went for about an hour or so, kicked around the leaf litter, no deep searching. Happily pulled up some new to me stuff, though! Nothing too special or fancy but good enough to brighten my day. Some smalls, a Vick’s for the collection, my first Noxzema and Clorox, a drinking glass/jar some milk glass, a broken insulator for the flowerbed, a big-ass clam shell also for the flowerbed, some jar lid inserts, and my winner of the day, a lovely old aqua Ball pint jar! Working on the clean-up process now :D

I would have been happy about that jar too. Nice finds! I also take the Vicks, Noxemas, and jar lid inserts home. Never mind the other diggers looking at us like we're nuts. ;)
Lol, although I stopped grabbing the Vicks and the Noxemas, I do grab the porcelin liners and or zinc lids with them still inside, I started a small collection of mostly earlier Ball, and a few other makers of fruit jars, when out and about at flea markets and antique stores I look much closer at them now to see if there might something odd or a color mix and or a different color of glass rather than the very common aqua.
