First Yuengling Blob

Got this in a trade recently......We've only ever dug one Yuengling blob broken...and it was way newer....probably an 1890s tallboy blob. This is definately a great pony blob. Oldest Brewery in America!

it's my understanding that the original name of the brewery was Eagle Brewery. the eagle used in the Yuengling logo is a carry over from the original name. nice bottle privvy. thanx for sharing. i've taken a tour or two of the brewery. pretty cool. after the tour you can go into the " hospitality " area (bar) and sample the wares.

You would think there would be more of their bottles around. Besides colored crowns and shorties.

I have always wanted one of those. I love the beer. What are the prices on the blobs and do they come in colored blobs. Congrats on a bottle that would be very high on my shelf. Excellent bottle ! ! !! ! !
