With all the news about the mass exodus from Flint and the photos of abandoned houses there you'd think that the place was ripe with digging opportunities. Any of you Michigan diggers tearing it up? Looks far too good to let go for long.

My understanding is that 80,000 jobs were lost when GM shut down it's Buick Division plant. Many foreclosures and bank owned repo homes in very depressed area.
