Former Soda Fizz Editor, Kathy Hopson-Sathe, has died

I'm not sure if this has already been posted, but I just received the notice yesterday regarding Kathy Hopson-Sathe passing away. For years she was active in the soda collecting world (and on this message board if memory serves). She submitted stories in the early days of my Soda Spectrum magazine and later created The Soda Fizz and worked within the bottle community. I knew Kathy for many years, writing articles for her in the 'Soda Fizz' days. I hadn't seen her in a long time, but knew her health was not good. Hate to hear this.

Kathy was very giving, and active on this board, until 2009. She was on track to produce, with others, the fourth edition of Collecting ACL Bottles. That would've been nice. c

I liked Kathy. Met her several times along w/ her brother, nice gal. Miss 'The Fizz'.....................................................and the $60.00 bucks for 4th edition.
