My last digs keepers (all are applied lips, I believe)… from left to right Dr. Kilmer’s Ocean-Weed Heart Remedy (un-embossed) / Dr. Kilmer’s Swamp Root (also un-embossed) / unknown (no markings) / St. Jakobs OEL ( had a lot of OEL still in it, cleaned up nice with gas and sand [;)]) / Curtice Brothers (ketchup I think) / H.J. Heinz Co 125 on the bottom (first Heinz bottle I found without a screw top) / Warranted Flask / the small one is a Dr. Kings / and a glass stopper…. A fun dig for sure, beats the previous dig. I only found a lid and a spoon that time…

Nice stuff Ben! The heart and kidney are unmistakable. To bad the label only don't get the attraction they should. The embossed heart go for a chunk of change.

Hey Ben,

Welcome to the A-BN, and thanks for showing us the results of your diggings. Can't get too much better in the "unembossed" department than those Kilmer's.

The 3rd guy from the left in the lineup is most likely an ammonia or a laundry bluing bottle.

Keep on digging...

That Curtice Bros nice. They were based out of Rochester, NY and made condiments. Very nice natural purple tint to it. Mine is clear...spent the better part of 100 years buried in the ground so no purple for me...do have a partial label on it. For the color alone its a keeper.

Nice dig Ben, thanks for the post. Thats crazy that you dug the heart and kidney Kilmers, unembossed, in the same dig! i've never dug either!

Those are all tooled lip bottles, 1880-1910 ish, just fyi. Applied lips are a little older, like 1860-1880 ish. if you look close to the glass on the lip, you an see the lip is a separate piece of glass added on, as apposed to the lip being 'tooled'.

Wish i could have dug the last couple of days, the weather has been awesome here, but had to work.
hope you find more stuff, and can post more pics soon
