hi annie are those newer reproductions ?do they have the maker stamped on them so its easy to tell if its a repro?anyway i realy like them i saw them on ebay, neat bottles[].

Yes, these are newer reproductions. I am not sure of the actual date, maybe 1950's, or even 1970's?? In any case, the "real" pigs say Philbrook and Tucker on them - the reproductions like mine just say "America's Suffolk Bitters Life Preserver." Also, I believe the originals are only in amber, whereas the reproductions come in many different colors. Prices on the repro pigs have been pretty good, lately - some of the ones sold on ebay recently went for over $50. I snagged the yellow one for $9.99 and the deep blue one for $26 - paid a bit more for that one because I hadn't seen that dark of a blue on these pigs before.
