Hi Kevin, I never took the time to research the bottle, and mine is buried in a box somewhere, so your addition of the marks is helpful to be sure. At the time I was wondering about the origin of the bottle, we did not have the luxury and benefit of David Whitten's extraordinary website on manufacturers' marks. But we do now, and I should have directed you there- look on this page under the LGW entry: http://www.glassbottlemarks.com/bottlemarks-3/ and we learn that our bottle was made in 1962, in one of three places; one of the Carolinas, or Louisiana. So the odds are the bottler was in the U.S. Southeast or South. The mystery lives on.
